Handmade of durable and beautiful Mexican Guamúchil wood, the three section design is perfect for salsa, guacamole, pico de gallo, and any other dip that you fancy. Pair with the included set of 3 matching wooden spoons, and you'll be ready to get the party started.

  • How It's Made: The Great Guamúchil Tree - The guamúchil tree is a native tree to Jalisco, where these dishes are made. The tree produces wood with beautiful grains and rich colors, and they don't require replanting as the trees grow very quickly thanks to rapid growth and fast-germinating seeds.

Care Instructions: 

  • CLEANING: The salsa dish and spoons should be hand washed with warm water and mild soap. Never leave soaking in water to avoid splitting or cracking. Dry thoroughly before storing to avoid mildew. Never put in the dishwasher or microwave oven.
  • SANITIZING: Mix 1 part white vinegar with 5 parts water, wet the dish thoroughly and let sit for several minutes. Rinse with warm water and air dry to control bacteria growth.
  • MAINTENANCE: Every so often, apply a small portion of food safe beeswax, olive oil, or a food safe mineral oil and rub to distribute evenly, until desired shine is obtained.
